Spring Traditions in Czech Republic

with Jan Pumpr

Thursday, April 1: 7–8:30pm EDT

Online via Zoom - To benefit the Folk Arts Center of New England

Jan’s presentation will captivate us with stories about the history, traditions, and customs surrounding Spring in the Czech Republic.

About Jan

Jan Pumpr was born and raised in Prague, Czech Republic, and lives there still. His familiarity with Czech folk art and traditions stems from a variety of sources: living them, as a teacher of traditional Czech dances, and as a tour leader for cultural trips to every nook and cranny of the country.

Donations are appreciated in order to support both the artists and the Folk Arts Center. We suggest $10, although more or less, depending on your circumstances, is always fine! Thank you!
