Registration 2012

To register for FAC’s Pinewoods sessions, fill out and submit the online application form. Application forms for each session are also available for download as PDFs: Both Sessions, Weekend, and FolkDays. You will receive an email from the FAC office confirming receipt of your application. Your registration will be complete when the office has received your check for full payment (see camper fees below) or for your deposit. You may pay the deposit by credit card via PayPal when you register online. You may also call the office at 781-438-4387 to pay by Visa or MasterCard.

We can accept only full-time campers for each session. Visitors or drop-ins are not allowed. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so register early! NOTE: Because of the limited number of children’s spaces, families applying with children aged 3–13 are wait-listed until March 1, when we hold a lottery (if necessary). See Kids at Pinewoods for more information.

Deduct $10 per adult or young adult if you apply and pay your $200 deposit before March 1, 2012. Full payment is due by May 15, 2012. If you pay by check, please make your check payable to “Folk Arts Center of New England” and send it to:

Folk Arts Center of New England

10 Franklin Street

Stoneham, MA 02180-1862

Consider becoming an FAC member! Join now ($45 per individual; $80 per family) and save $15-$25 on the registration fee per adult.

Cancellation policy: For cancellations prior to May 15, all fees will be refunded, less a $25 processing charge. After May 15, fees will be refunded, less a $25 processing charge, only if we are able to fill your space.

Work exchange: Several positions are available for work in the kitchen or at other camper jobs in exchange for a reduced camper fee. Be sure to check the “I am interested in work exchange” box on your application.

Camper preferences: On the application form, you may indicate your dietary, housing, and job requests.
