October 10–13, 2008,
Hulbert Outdoor Center, Fairlee, Vermont
Hulbert Outdoor Center is a scenic country retreat, located in Vermont’s Upper Connecticut River Valley on the shores of Lake Morey. Over 500 acres of young forests, bluffs, and gently rolling countryside set a beautiful stage for the long weekend.
Facilities at Hulbert include a rambling farmhouse with a large dining hall, a dance hall with a new floor, a historic barn, and other, smaller spaces for scheduled and spontaneous events.
Oktoberfest campers lodging at Hulbert are housed in modern warm cabins, each having three or four bedrooms (with two pairs of bunk beds per room) and two full baths. If you wish to pitch a tent at Hulbert, call the FAC office for fees and be prepared for cold temperatures. You may also arrange your own alternative accommodations, while joining us for activities and meals. See the Registration page for more information on options.
Fairlee, VT is 150 miles from Boston, 275 miles from New York City, and 175 miles from Montreal. See the driving directions for details.
