Sponsored by the Country Dance Society, Boston Centre, Labor Day Weekend at Pinewoods offers American, English country, and Morris dance workshops, children’s classes, evening dance parties, and various staff- and camper-led activities amid the lovely pine forests of Pinewoods Camp. New in 2008: The Folk Arts Center of New England presents morning workshops in instrumental and vocal international music.

Camper fees include all activities, all meals from Saturday supper through Tuesday breakfast, and three nights’ lodging in rustic but comfortable cabins and cottages on the camp’s wooded hills and shores. Campers dance in open-sided pavilions under the trees, and enjoy the waterfront on two clear ponds.

Please download the PDF with the application form and fees (2008). For directions to Pinewoods Camp, see the directions page or download the PDF of the map and driving directions.
