Boston Harbor Scottish Fiddle School

Visitors’ Day 2012

Visit friends and family attending the camp, explore the island, and enjoy a jam session and a world-class concert by our Fiddle School teachers on Boston Harbor Scottish Fiddle School’s Visitors’ Day. All are invited to spend this delightful afternoon/evening on Thompson Island. The fee covers round-trip ferry service, music sessions, and a hamburger/hotdog or vegetarian burger cookout with cash bar.

Visitors take the 2:30 pm ferry from the Thompson Island dock in South Boston (near Summer Street, South Station, and the Design Center), arriving at the island at 3 pm. Parking is available near the South Boston dock. The last ferry back leaves the island at 9 pm, arriving in South Boston at 9:30 pm.

Visitors must register with the Folk Arts Center and pay in advance before August 10. The Visitors’ Day 2012 registration form is online and will also be availbale for download as a printable PDF.
